About our wraps
Goldgraphics manufactures wrap using industry-leading printing methods and materials. The wrap is printed with sharp colors on a 160 micron thick vinyl. This is then protected with a really durable 270 micron thick laminate.
Necessary tools
1. Squeege (included)
2. Heat gun
3. Alcohol-based cleaning fluid (isopropanol, brakecleaner etc.)
4. Vinyl wrap knife
Step 1
Before installation
Before installation, it is important that your vehicle is allowed to park indoors 12-24 hours. We recommend that the temperature in the room is at least 17 degrees celsius.
For best results, all original decals should be removed.
Clean the entire machine with an alcohol-based cleaning fluid, the slightest glue residue or oil stain can cause the decals to come off.
Some aftermarket accessories may be in the way of some decal kits so for best results, these should be dismantled before assembly.
For decal kit for snowmobiles, it can be good to dismantle or tape over air filters as these are very sensitive to heat

Assembly map
When purchasing a wrap from us, we send with an assembly map that makes it easy to locate where each piece should be mounted.
We recommend that you always start with the largest piece on the side panel and work outwards from there.
This makes it easy to match patterns and texts.
Step 3
Installation
Now we come to the best part! As our vinyl shares technology with wrapping vinyl for cars so is easy even for a “first timer” to assemble.
Use the assembly map to find the part you need to mount. The easiest way is to detach the entire sticker to place it later in the right area. Then place the sticker carefully on the panel without pressing it. This allows you to move it until it is just right. When the decal is in place, use the included decal scraper. Always scrape methodically from the center out towards the edges. If small bubbles form, simply rub them away with your finger. Large stickers you can cut from the sheet and assemble methodically while the backing paper is peeled off in batches.Â
When all the decals are mounted, it’s time to heat. Heat the heat gun to 5-600 degrees celsius and heat all decals methodically while you use the scraper to really push and attach the decals properly.Â
Leave the vehicle in a temperature of at least 17 degrees celsius for at least 18 hours.
